Church Server is priced per church, not per location and not per member record you keep. The subscribing church covers every branch, zone and office beneath it — so growing your church never means growing your bill line by line.

Plans differ by scale — how many members, how deep your tier structure goes, which advanced capabilities you need. They don't differ on whether your data is yours or whether you can get support.

Is each branch billed separately?
No. The subscribing church holds one subscription that covers every branch, zone, parish and office beneath it in the structure you defined. Adding a location adds records, not another invoice.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It leaves with you. Members, giving and attendance export to standard files, and that export is available on cancellation — not withheld as leverage.
Do we need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card and doesn't convert automatically. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Your records are unaffected by a plan change — the plan governs scale and capabilities, not ownership of your data.
Our structure doesn't match any standard hierarchy. Is that a problem?
It's the case Church Server was built for. You declare your own tiers and name them yourself, so a diocese stays a diocese and a circuit stays a circuit.
Can we migrate from what we use now?
In most cases, yes. Export what you have and the assistant can read common document and spreadsheet formats to help make sense of it. Talk to us about anything unusual before you commit.
